THE ancient Oriental art of Tai Chi-Qigong is coming to North Yorkshire.
The courses are aimed at people interested in learning how to relax and improving their health.
Qigong is said to be gentle, relaxing and easy to do and its benefits include stress relief, accelerated healing, slower ageing, enhanced learning and health restorative.
An introductory evening is to be held at Easingwold School on October 4, at 7pm, and courses will soon be starting at Northallerton. Contact Lynn on (01845) 577352 for details.
There are also sessions at Thirsk School on Thursday evenings, contact (01845) 527296, and at Easingwold on Wednesday evenings.
