HEALTH workers have been dishing up plenty of food for thought.
Dieticians Fiona Taylor and Andrea Bryan are spearheading a Teesside Health Action Zone drive to encourage people living on a budget to eat healthily.
The latest in a series of Good Grub Clubs was launched at Grove Hill, Middlesbrough. The club will meet every Friday, starting from October 6. On that day, a second club will get under way at Whinney Banks Community Centre in the town.
Fiona and Andrea, who work for the Tees and North East Yorkshire NHS Trust, said: "Local people are welcome to come along to the taster sessions to find out more and to enjoy a free, healthy lunch. The sessions are a great way of meeting local people with similar interests, to share ideas and a fun way of cooking healthy and economical meals.
