COMMUNITY leaders have gathered to discuss the spending of a £200,000 Government grant in Teesdale.
More than 50 residents of Evenwood and Ramshaw listened to a series of presentations from various community groups on the best way to spend the seven-year grant.
The meeting, at Evenwood Community Centre, was held discover people's views on how they want the Single Regeneration Budget grant spent.
Representations were given by members of the community centre committee, youth leaders and local voluntary groups.
Several members of Teesdale District Council were also in the audience, and the meeting was opened by the chairman of the council, Marjorie Bolden
