THEY may not be as scary as goblins and ghosts, but a cute collection of animals at a County Durham farm will provide a treat for children this Halloween.
Hall Hill Farm, near Lanchester, is holding a Halloween week during half-term.
As well as the chance to see chicks, goats, llamas, donkeys, and rabbits, children will be able to make Halloween lanterns in the heated barn and enjoy a puppet show.
At the end of each day, all the lanterns will be lit and a prize for the best one will be presented by the farm's own friendly witch.
Admission is £3.20 for adults and £2.20 for children, and a family ticket is available for the week, starting on Monday.
For details, ring the farm on (01388) 730300 or visit its website at www.hallhillfarm.co.u
