A MAN was last night charged with attempted murder over a stabbing attack on an Orthodox Jew, who was repeatedly knifed.
Nabil Ould Eddine, 27, of Otley House, Gillespie Road, London, will appear before Thames Magistrates' Court tomorrow, Scotland Yard said.
David Myers, 20, was attacked in Stamford Hill, north London - the heart of the Jewish community - while travelling on the top deck of a 253 bus, on Monday morning.
He was in a "serious, but stable" condition in hospital last night.
Mr Myers is a student at the Yeshiva University, in Gateshead, where he is studying the Torah, a religious text.
