THREE of the region's most stressed-out individuals were given a day of fun by a North-East radio station.
Galaxy 105-106 offered the listeners an action-packed day at exclusive Slaley Hall, in Northumberland.
The winners, Julie Dixon, from Consett, and Keith Summergill and Angie Wright, both from Stockton, were invited to bring three guests each.
With a crew from the station, they spent the day off-road driving, clay pigeon shooting and racing through Slaley Forest.
Galaxy DJ Nicksy said yesterday: "While many could have won, the eventual prize could only be given to three lucky people. I'm sure all the fresh air and physical activity helped clear their heads and provided some de-stress tonic.
