YOUNGSTERS in Hartlepool are limbering up for a half-term holiday of sporting fun.
Activities supported by the Owton Rossmere and North Hartlepool Single Regeneration Budget (SRB) Partnerships and run by Hartlepool Borough Council sports development team are to be held in Rossmere Youth Centre, in Rossmere Way, and Friarage Youth Centre, in Moor Terrace on the Headland.
A Mega Mix of Sport will be held at Rossmere Youth Centre on Tuesday, from 10am to 12.45pm, for seven to 11-year-olds.
The cost is 50p and there will be lots of sport and fun for those taking part. Children are advised to wear comfortable clothes and bring along a drink.
The Friarage Youth Centre, will be hosting Frantic Fitness sessions, a mix of circuit training and keep fit, on Wednesday, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, for the five to nine year-old age group, and on Friday, from 1pm to 3pm, for seven to 11-year-olds.
Both sessions cost 70p or 35p for North Hartlepool SRB Partnership residents and those on the options scheme.
Anyone taking part should wear comfortable clothes and take a drink.
