FAMILIES can get involved in planting tree seeds and willow sculpting at a free event organised by Tow Law Community Partnership tomorrow.
There will also be a story teller at the Trees of Time and Place event, from 10am to 3pm.
Anyone interested in attending should meet at Tow Law Community Centre, and bring a packed lunch. Drinks will be provided.
The Trees of Time and Place event is a national initiative, which aims to encourage people to collect seeds from local trees, grow them into saplings and then transplant them.
The day is being supported by environmental charity Groundwork West Durham
