PLANS to improve an area of shops will come under the spotlight at public consultation sessions.
Tree planting, new lighting, and repainting of shopfronts are among improvements suggested for the shops, in King Oswy Drive, Hartlepool.
Other ideas include a redesigned paved area.
They are part of plans to revitalise the area by the North Hartlepool Single Regeneration Budget Partnership.
Residents are being invited to comment on the plans at two consultation sessions at West View Community Centre, Miers Avenue.
They are on Wednesday, from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, and Thursday, from 5.30pm to 7pm.
