TWO North-East university professors have turned authors to share their knowledge with colleagues across the world.
Gill Crozier and Julian Elliott, of the University of Sunderland's School for Education, have each written books on their specialist subjects.
Professor Crozier has penned Parents and Schools - Partners or Protagonists?, which examines the relationships between parents and teachers.
Professor Elliott worked with researchers in the US, Germany, Spain, Australia and Israel on his book.
Dynamic Assessment: Prevailing Models and Applications, looks at the work of psychologists in helping improve pupils' performance.
