TRADE Partners UK, the former British Trade International, has moved its local Tees Valley team from Hartlepool to Darlington.
Trade Partners UK is the new brand for export support services and provides a network of resources working to build British business success overseas.
It has a dedicated team at Business Link Tees Valley's Darlington office, and is ready to help and support the international development of Tees Valley businesses.
"This is a tremendous opportunity for businesses in the Tees Valley," said John Williams, international trade director for Trade partners in the North-East. "We are providing a service of real value, which offers a wide range of support services. I would urge all Tees Valley businesses to look into the possibilities we can provide."
The Tees Valley team provides hands-on strategic help for inexperienced and experienced exports.
Its role also involves raising awareness of the Government support that is available to small and medium sized businesses.
The Trade Partners UK team is integrated with other Business Link operations to make the most of the services on offer.
A key feature of Trade partners is the concept of Electronic Service Delivery, and particularly the Internet. The Trade Partners UK website is a valuable information resource for companies interested in exporting.
