The planned surgery by Guisborough councillors Anne Franklin and Bill Clarke at Guisborough Library tomorrow has been cancelled, as have surgeries planned for Thursday by Belmont councillors Valerie Halton, Peter Spencer and Alan Thrower at Highcliffe School, Hutton Lane and Glynn Nightingale and Irene Nightingale at Nunthorpe Community School.
