Stockton's Emma Renwick gave a captain's performance and scored the only goal which gave her side a 1-0 away victory over Stokesley.
In an evenly balanced game Stokesley's Perry Anderton, making her debut, had an effort
The second half followed the same pattern but in the last 15 minutes Stockton were awarded a string of penalty corners, putting Stokesley's defence to the test.
A determined Stockton side were eager to score, and had it not been for the efforts of Stokesley defender Elaine Rudgard clearing five shots off the goalline to keep Stokesley in the game they well may have done.
The constant pressure finally paid off for Stockton when their captain Emma Renwick's shot on goal took a slight deflection off a defender's stick into the corner of the Stokesley goal.
The player of the match awards went to the team captains - Zoe Lewis (Stokesley) and Emma Renwick of Stockton.
Roseberry took control of the game from the push back and gave New Dales a hard time as they eased to a 6-0 victory. New Dales had very few scoring chances throughout the game. A spectacular shot from Trish Alderson beat the New Dales keeper Gill Brine to open the scoring.
Alison Blower went on to complete a hat-trick, her first giving Roseberry a two-goal interval lead.
At the start of the second half Roseberry made a substitution, Vicky Horton replacing Julie Hobson and in a tactical change Katie Moon moved into central defence and Andrea Chapman dropping back to sweeper. Roseberry continued where they had left off and were rewarded with their third goal, scored by Blower, followed by a fourth shortly afterwards in the 65th minute when Moon skilfully and unselfishly set up Blower to complete her hat-trick.
New Dales kept their heads and applied pressure of their own, finding a way through the midfield with Hannah Philips and Sue Tiplady looking to find Helen Mudd. However, they were unable to break Roseberry's defences. A super drive up the left, involving Susan Moore and Vicky Holden, Steph Davies and captain Sarah McDonald resulted in a fifth goal with a Trish Alderson flicking over the keeper to finish the move.
In the final ten minutes Roseberry continued to pressure the New Dales defence and a long corner clearance was intercepted by Roseberry's Steph Davies who scored the final goal of the game.
