A FIRM of solicitors is urging people to plan ahead in aid of charity.
Tilly, Bailey and Irvine, in Stockton, is taking part in this year's Will Aid, a charity fundraising initiative, that takes place every two years.
It offers everyone the chance to make a will, or update their existing one, in return for a donation to help people across the globe.
Throughout November, the firm will waive the usual fee for making a simple will, encouraging its customers to make a donation of £50 for a single document, and £75 for a pair instead.
The money will be divided between seven charities that are working to help people living in poverty.
