A FATHER and son were cleared yesterday of being involved in an alleged armed attack in which a man claimed he was pushed out of a bedroom window.
Peter Clayton, 48, and Paul Clayton, 27, had denied being involved in the alleged attack in April when they appeared before Teesside Crown Court.
Yesterday, the jury acquitted Peter Clayton, of Gleneagles Road, Middlesbrough, of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, and acquitted Peter Clayton and Paul Clayton, of Premier Road, Middlesbrough, of aggravated burglary, causing grievous bodily harm with intent and robbery.
