Bishop Auckland are hoping for a good run in the FA Trophy when they take on Whitby Town in the first round at Kingsway today.
Bishops go into the game with the luxury of virtually a full squad, something which manager Tony Lee hasn't had for a few weeks.
"There's no excuses now," he said. "We've been saying all season that when we get players back to full fitness, then we'll start doing well, so now is the time to prove it.
"We've done well in the Trophy in the last few years. We've been in the quarter- finals twice, and we've got the taste for another good run."
Only striker Andrew Shaw, who has a hamstring injury, will be missing for Bishops.
Whitby, who reached the quarter-finals of the Trophy when Lee was in charge 16 years ago, have several players ruled out through injury.
Lee Ure, Kevin Graham, Ben Dixon, Jock Williams and new signing Lee Buggie are all injured, while midfielder Danny Key will have a fitness test.
Spennymoor United can forget about their league problems when they tackle Frickley at the Brewery Field.
Defender Rob Jones returns to the squad after missing last week's game at Accrington Stanley, and manager Peter Mulcaster said: "We desperately want to win this to put one over on them."
