A RED-HOT event designed to raise money for children is being staged at an Indian restaurant.
The Cleveland Tandoori Restaurant, in Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, will contribute to the Kingfisher National Curry Day 2000 by inviting diners to a special meal tomorrow.
They will be able to indulge their tastebuds and aid charity, as all proceeds from the event will be divided between the NSPCC's Full Stop Campaign and the Mother and Child charity for needy women and children.
As well as raising funds, Kingfisher Day is designed to celebrate Indian cuisine.
To book a table, ring the restaurant on (01642) 242777.
