ST Mary's have just had some new windows fitted in every classroom, and in the hall.
The windows have royal blue PVC panels beneath them, which represents the school colour. The old windows had been in place since 1962 when the school was built. The wooden frames were rotten
The school looked scruffy, but now the children think that it is the smartest school in Newton Aycliffe. Workmen are still busy replacing boards above the windows which will be painted
