A FOOTBALL club is to host a seminar for those who want to learn more about a health authority and social services' future plans.
The seminar, at Darlington Football Club on Monday, will also promote the joint charter for adults using community care services in Darlington.
This explains what standards people can expect when asking for help with health or social services. It will also list useful contact numbers.
Representatives from organisations such as the community health council and voluntary organisations have been involved in developing the charter.
Copies can be found in Darlington's libraries, the council's housing department, town hall reception, social services in Gladstone Street, the Memorial Hospital and GP surgeries.
Those wanting more details can also visit the council website at www.darlington.gov.uk
