POLICE are urging a teenager missing from her home for more than three weeks to contact her family.
Lindsay Pearson, 15, was last seen on Friday, October 20, when she went missing from The Coach and Eight pub, in North Road, Durham City, run by her mother, Joy Miller, and stepfather John.
Police said there was no specific reason for her to leave, although she had said she was "fed up with life at home".
Prior to staying at the pub, Lindsay had been living with her father in Davis Crescent, Langley Park.
Lindsay has been sighted twice in the Newton Aycliffe area of County Durham, but has made no contact with relatives.
She is 5ft 4in, slim, with a pale complexion, brown eyes and short brown hair. She is missing the middle finger of her right hand, and walks with a limp.
When she left The Coach and Eight, she was wearing a cream fleece jacket, black trousers and white trainers.
Detective Inspector Andy Reddick, of Durham City CID, said: "We are asking Lindsay to contact any member of her family, or ourselves, to let people know she is safe and well. It is clearly a matter of concern."
