FOLLOWING the successful acquisition of the former Coats Viyella factory at Langley Moor, Durham, Chesterford Properties has announced the availability of office and warehouse space to let in the newly decorated Littleburn Business Centre.
Fire damage nearly two years ago forced Coats Viyella to announce the closure of the former textile factory which has now been the subject of a £250,000 refurbishment to provide office accommodation in suites from 788sqft to 4,712sqft with 25,209sqft of warehouses in suites from 3,960sqft.
Both properties have been refurbished with specification in the offices to include: New UPVC double glazing, suspended ceilings with inset category two lighting, gas and/or electric night store central heating, new WC's to include disabled facilities and carpets throughout.
Warehousing is available on flexible leases in multiples of five years at rents of only £2.50 per sqft.
A complete perimeter security fence has been erected, a further 1.5 acre development site is available for external storage /hardstanding or future development.
Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors acted on behalf of Chesterford Properties in the acquisition and refurbishment and are now retained as letting agent of the premises.
