TWO playful kittens in need of new homes are firm favourites with staff at Paul Wilson's veterinary surgery, in Bishop Auckland, County Durham.
Tigger and Mogwai's last owners are so fond of them that they want to follow their progress after they leave the practice, in Tenters Street, Bishop Auckland.
Practice administrator Rachel Booth said the six-month-old pair would make good pets.
She said: "The owners are very upset to have to let them go and they want to keep in touch with whoever takes them.
"They are lovely kittens, with a really nice nature, and have been very well cared for."

Meanwhile, an animal sanctuary is appealing for funds to support a pregnant tabby cat which arrived on its doorstep with black kittens.
The Duncton Cottage Bird and Animal Sanctuary, Rookhope, took in TC and her brood and are nursing them back to health.
To do this and to have TC spayed after she delivers her second litter, the centre needs cash.
Manager Nigel Robson said: "Funds are low at our family-run sanctuary and, although we never turn an unwanted animal away if we have room, we need help to look after this homeless family and the many other needy creatures in our care."
Anyone who can help TC or offer homes to her kittens is asked to contact Mr Robson on (01388) 517005 or write to him at 12 Hylton Terrace, Rookhope, County Durham, DL13 2BB
