Bishop Auckland manager Tony Lee has warned his side to expect a tough game at Altrincham today as they bid for a third-round place in the FA Umbro Trophy.
Bishops go to their UniBond League rivals with an unbeaten run of nine games behind them - including a 2-0 home win over Altrincham a few weeks ago - and Lee said: "It makes a massive difference to us to have a full squad available all the time.
"We know today's game will be very tough but I still expect us to win."
Striker Andy Shaw and midfielder David Bayles will both return after missing the midweek win over Whitby, but there is a slight doubt over defender Mark Salmon.
Spennymoor can forget about their problems at the bottom of the league when they go to Trafford, a division below them in the UniBond League.
Moors will be without recent signing Terry Harris, who is ineligible, and midfielder Andy Howarth, who is unavailable.
Manager Peter Mulcaster said; "Trafford are very strong and very direct. If we succumb to their strength, then we won't have much of a chance, so we must match them."
In the UniBond League, Whitby Town include new signing Craig Skelton, from Darlington, in their squad for the trip to Leek Town.
Wolviston, buoyed by a good win over Windscale last week, are bidding for a place in the semi-finals of the Sunderland Shipowners' Cup when they host Cleadon SC this afternoon.
The Teessiders are experiencing a purple patch which has taken them to within five points of leaders Nissan with a game in hand. They are enjoying their best season for some years and many believe the side is good enough to win the championship.
Wolviston will take nothing for granted today even though their opponents are third bottom with only four league wins.
Cleadon defeated second-top North Shields 2-1 in an earlier round but their hopes of causing another shock are not good since three players will miss the tie.
David Nevin, who has scored some vital goals in recent matches, could be out for up to three weeks with an ankle injury, while Michael Hutchinson has work commitments and Mark Harrison is suspended.
Stokesley visit Ferryhill Athletic in the league, while Ryhope CW are at home to bottom side Whitburn.
Ryhope CW will give late fitness tests to David Crosby, Peter Robinson and Roy Robinson.
Boldon CA travel to Whitehaven, while Annfield Plain will be without Stephen Thomas at Jarrow. In addition, he has doubts surrounding the fitness of strikers Michael White and Chris Nevin
