THE Variety Club of Great Britain has bought a minibus for a centre for disabled Teesside youngsters, with help from Parcel Line.
South Cleveland Garages, Middlesbrough, will maintain it free for the next ten years.
The bus was presented to the Gleneagles Resource Centre, Middlesbrough, which provides respite care.
Barbara Brown, whose daughter Samantha attends the centre, accepted the bus on behalf of the Friends of Gleneagles Resource Centre.
Comedy duo, the Patton Brothers, who are appearing in pantomime at the Billingham Forum, made sure everyone kept smiling, including Middlebrough Mayor Kath Bevington.
