COMMUNITIES in Wear Valley can become familiar with computers at new learning centres.
Local Government Minister Hilary Armstrong opened the latest centre in Crook Market Place.
Bishop Auckland College has set up five other centres, in Bishop Auckland, Barnard Castle, Stanhope, Spennymoor and Newton Aycliffe.
People can visit the centres to book courses, including City and Guilds and Cambridge Powerpoint.
The sessions will start in the new year. For details contact Donna Fella on (01388) 760000
