ROTARY club members are working together to relieve some of the misery for victims of this year's floods.
Ripon's two rotary clubs are making donations of Christmas hampers to a special scheme set up by Yorkshire Rotary District. The bumper packs of cakes and puddings are being distributed throughout the city and rotary members are asking for details of people who were affected.
Ripon master baker Ken Davill, who is also a rotarian, is making Christmas cakes to go in 300 hampers.
Anyone who suffered during the floods, or knows someone who did, should contact Kneale Pearce on (01765) 604838, or Mike Younge on (01765) 602812
