CHURCH restoration work will soon be completed after it was announced that a fundraising target of £54,000 had been reached.
At the annual meeting of the Friends of All Saints Church, in Northallerton, members were told that work on the building would be completed in the next few months.
The £54,000 restoration fund has been used to carry out substantial work on the church, including renewing stonework, re-roofing the north aisle, replacing downpipes and re-laying the floor of the south aisle with York stone.
The money for the work was raised during the past two years, through social events and donations from local businesses and various organisations
