Horden Colliery Welfare have the only goalkeeping coach in Albany Northern League football - and he's certainly kept busy.
But not only is Sunderland-based George Crow responsible for passing on his knowledge to the club's keepers, he is also assistant manager to manager Jimmy McGrath.
And Crow, who runs coaching courses with the City of Sunderland Council and South Tyneside Council, is kept busy at Horden who not only have a senior and reserve side, but a youth team and running down to Under-12 level.
Crow, who began his professional career as a goalkeeper when Workington were a Football League club, first met McGrath on a coaching course.
Crow, who later moved to Gateshead when George Hardwick managed them, said: "Jimmy and I got on well and kept in touch and when he was appointed Horden manager asked me if I could fit it in."
McGrath said: "When I asked George to join me it was another step towards making the club as professional as possible. In the past this was a big club and I would like to re-establish it as a big force. I think we are on the right road."
