A SUPER student has scooped a clutch of awards, despite having to juggle his studies with a family.
Stephen Robinson, 28, graduated in style when he received his Higher National Diploma and two top prizes at the University of Teesside's awards ceremony.
Now, he has gone one better to be presented with the BTEC Student of the Year award, by Jayne Smart, regional development manager of Edexcel, the validating body for BTEC.
Despite being a husband and father of three, Mr Robinson, of Middlesbrough, managed to find time for his work.
He enjoyed it so much, that he has now enrolled on to year two of the computer engineering and microelectronics degree course.
He said: "I enjoyed doing the HND. It was very much a hands-on practical course and I am now building on the HND by continuing my studies. The University of Teesside is an excellent place to study.
