Crook Cup
Ithe Division One semi-final Crook Olde Horse Shoe made the most of their home advantage against Crook Spitfire Club and won by five points. The Shoe took snooker points through Brian Johnson, Richard Walker, Gerald Parkin and Gavin Witton, while David Sneath took the only snooker point for the visitors.
At dominoes the Olde Horse Shoe scored points through Ian Armstrong, Alan Moses, Gerald Parkin and Gavin Witton, with Kenny Johnson and Diane Plews taking points for the Spitfire Club.
In the Second Division semi-final Crook Mill House went very close to whitewashing the visiting Crook Coach and Horses B, who only took two points at dominoes through Peter Holliday and David Nicholson. The Mill took all the snooker points through Brian Harrison, Mark Nicholls, John Howe, Stephen Heyes and Alan Saville with Ian Bibby, Brian Harrison and Norman Slack taking dominoes points.
