residents from villages in Teesdale have formed a community partnership to improve local facilities.
Regular meetings between residents of Burnt Houses, Esperley and Cockfield have led to the group setting up the partnership.
The Burnt Houses, Esperley and Cockfield Community Partnership will hold regular meetings to discuss ongoing and future projects in the area.
During their next meeting, officers from Durham County Council will be presenting plans for new trees and bollards on Cockfield Village Green, as well as the possibility of providing extra parking bays in the village.
The meeting will take place in the Cockfield Community Centre, next Wednesday, at 7pm, and will be open to the public
