A drop-in disabled centre is to open at a sports club.
The centre has been established by disabled man John Theaker, of Marske, because he felt that the present disabled centre, which has about 40 members, was too small for Marske and New Marske.
His new centre will run from the clubhouse at Marske Sports Association, at the Pavilion, in Mount Pleasant Avenue.
The centre will hold an open evening on Sunday, at 8pm, for people to express their views on what the club could do. Further details are available from Mr Theaker on (01642) 501384.
