A VETERINARY hospital is searching for a new home for two cats which were abandoned on its doorstep overnight.
The cats, believed to be aged four or five years, were dumped outside the Grange Veterinary Hospital, in Victoria Road, Darlington, overnight on Wednesday.
One is a male tabby with a hint of white in its coat, while the other is a white female with tabby patches.
Head nurse Penny Blacklock said: "They are well fed and everything. I think they have just been dumped."
Anyone who can give a loving home to the cats can telephone the hospital on (01325) 465371.
