THE needs of the modern businesses will be examined at a national conference to be held in the region.
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is organising the event, on Thursday, January 18, on behalf of the British Urban Regeneration Association, at UK Steel Enterprise's Innovation Centre, Kirkleath-am Business Park, Redcar.
The local authority is also one of the event sponsors along with UK Steel Enterprise, Tees Valley TEC and the Tees Valley Development Company.
Organiser for the council, Jeff Blood, said: "We are delighted to be a part of this exciting conference, which will give a wealth of information on how to develop workspace and assist new business within today's hi-tech environment."
It is expected that 70 delegates from across the country will attend the conference to be opened by Alistair Arkley, chairman of Tees Valley Partnership
