THIEVES broke into a North-East school and broke more than 20 windows in a late-night raid at the weekend.
The attack on Teesdale School, in Barnard Castle happened late on Saturday or early on Sunday morning.
A small quantity of items were taken but they have since been recovered by police.
Two people were arrested and interviewed by detectives from Bishop Auckland before being released, pending further inquiries.
