A 50-year-old teddy bear was among items stolen from an isolated house in Weardale.
Raiders snatched the 20in Merriethought toy, six Royal Doulton figures and ten Naturecraft characters.
Police said the thieves struck between January 10 and Tuesday afternoon.
Meanwhile, at Hope Street, Crook, between Monday lunchtime and 11pm, thieves stole a 21in TV, a video recorder, a Nokia mobile phone and a hi-fi with compact disc player and twin cassette decks.
