FIFTEEN refugees have been charged with affray following a disturbance at a hostel.
The refugees, all Afghanis, were arrested following protests at the Angel Heights hostel, in Newcastle, on Tuesday, over alleged Government delays in dealing with asylum claims .
Hostel manager Andrew Beszant said tensions had been rising, with some refugees starting a hunger strike.
