SCHOOLS across the North-East are being urged not to miss out on free software from a computer company.
TIME is running its Free Software for Schools Scheme for the second time.
Last year the scheme provided more than £48m of software to £26,000 schools across the UK.
The scheme provides a wide range of educational software to primary and secondary schools.
Tokens are collected by parents, teachers, relatives and pupils and can be picked up through purchases at any of the TIME stores.
They can also be collected with purchases from partners of the scheme Powerhouse and Supanet.
Steve Simpson, Free Software for Schools marketing manager said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for schools, parents, grandparents and children to come together and collect as many tokens as possible."
More than 27,000 schools have already signed up to this year's scheme, but more can enrol by calling (01282) 684441
