A MAN appeared before magistrates yesterday, charged with incitement to murder.
Robert Marsh, 30, was also charged with incitement to commit grievous bodily harm, witness intimidation and breach of bail.
Marsh, who lives at a bail address in Chester-le-Street, was arrested in the Durham area following a police operation at the weekend.
He was remanded in custody by Houghton-le-Spring magistrates to appear at Newcastle Crown Court on Monday.
