VISITORS to a museum are being invited to take part in a back to the future experience.
People are being asked to help create a mini museum at Preston Hall Museum, near Stockton, by bringing along something of historical, personal or local interest, on Saturday.
Spokeswoman Muriel King says the project will encourage people to see museums in a different way.
She said: "It would be great if people could really have a think about the items they bring along to put in our mini museum. Anything like a photograph, a favourite toy or a treasured souvenir would be brilliant, especially if there's a particular story attached to it.''
The mini museum is part of an event being organised by Stockton Borough Council Museums Service and the Friends of Preston Park
