LITTLEWOODS will take control of the anchor store of a North-East shopping centre at the end of March.
Work started on Tuesday fitting out the store, recently vacated by C&A, in the Cornmill Shopping Centre, Darlington.
Albion Small, manager of the centre, said: "They started shop fitting yesterday and they are due to finish the shop fit by the end of March."
No date has been confirmed for the store's opening as yet
