TERRITORIAL soldiers from throughout Cleveland were honoured at a presentation night.
The Lord Lieutenant of North Yorkshire, Colonel The Lord Guisborough, visited the 104 Pioneer Squadron Royal Logistics Corps at the Hollis VC Armoury, in Coulby Newham, to present nine soldiers with certificates for outstanding service.
The Lord Lieutenant's certificates are presented annually to those with at least seven years' outstanding service in the TA.
This year's honours were awarded to Private Arthur Warner, from Middlesbrough, Corporal David Ross, from Stockton, and Warrant officer class two Laura Monaghan, from Hartlepool, of the 34 (Northern) Signal Regiment.
Corporal Tony Pearson, from Middlesbrough, and Sergeant Steve Humpleby, from Great Ayton, of the Tyne-Tees regiment, Warrant officer class two Kevin Bowdrey, from Seaham, of the 168 Pioneer Regiment.
Corporal Jenny Hall, from Stockton, of 201 (Northern) Field Hospital, and Sergeant Staff Instructor Mary Burns, from Guisborough, and Serg-eant Major Instructor Michael Clark, from Aberdeen, from Cleveland Army Cadet Force.
