There is line-dancing at Kiora Hall, in Roseworth, on Thursdays, from 10am to noon, and keep fit to music on Wednesdays, from 1.15pm to 2.45pm.
A free creche is available at Kiora Hall.
Badminton sessions take place at Bishopsgarth School, on Wednesdays, from 7pm until 9pm, and there are plans to introduce salsa classes to the William Newton education centre.
John Harris, Stockton Borough Council's adult education officer, said: "There is lots on offer for everyone. This is an ideal way to beat the winter blues and get fit for the summer."
