FUNDRAISERS in Guisborough are continuing their efforts to raise enough money to rewire their church.
Members of St Nicholas' Church congregation need to raise £30,000 to sort out the church's decrepit wiring and light it into the 21st Century.
The appeal was launched at the end of last summer, they have raised more than £5,000 so far. The next event is a coffee morning next Thursday in Sunnyfield House, Westgate, Guisborough, from 9.30am until 12.30pm.
Fundraisers were told it made sense to have the lighting done with the wiring.
