AN ARTIST has created his own action plan for a local authority.
The multi-media presentation by David Goard has been unveiled at Gateshead Civic Centre as part of the Year of the Artist scheme.
Mr Goard has worked with Gateshead Borough Council's planners and architects, to promote the integration of art into design schemes and offering his own artistic perspective on public buildings.
