CHILDREN from a North-East school have taken their latest free trip following a competition organised by The Northern Echo.
Pupils from Staindrop Primary School, in Teesdale, County Durham, visited the Centre for Life, in Newcastle.
The youngsters enjoyed some extra comfort on their journey to the scientific visitor attraction, thanks to a competition the school won in July last year.
The school was plucked from hundreds of schools in the region which entered The Northern Echo's competition to win ten free school trips with Shearings Coaches.
