FUNDRAISING prisoners were rewarded for their efforts by a children's concert.
Inmates at Kirklevington Prison, near Yarm, raised £272 for the deaf children's charity Bodytalk by making and selling Christmas wreaths.
To thank them for their hard work, deaf youngsters from Beverley School put on a concert in the prison gym.
They collected a cheque for the sum on behalf of the charity.
