THE factory where a young worker died is due to be closed today as a mark of respect.
Technical engineer James Sapsford, 21, died on Friday, February 2, when he was pulled into machinery at Triple T Engineering, in Shildon, County Durham.
James, who lived with his parents, Ian and Carol, at Bluebell Close, Newton Aycliffe, died instantly from his head injuries.
An investigation into the accident is being carried out by the Health and Safety Executive.
Cremation is due to take place today at Darlington Crematorium Chapel, and Triple T Engineering will close as a mark of respect.
