ONE of the country's most popular tribute bands is to perform in the region.
Gunz 'n' Rozes will play the songs of American rock giants Guns 'n' Roses at the Dickens Inn, Middlesbrough, on Thursday, February 22, at 8pm.
Singer Garry Crowley proved a hit as Axl Rose on television show Stars in Their Eyes before joining the band.
The Gunz 'n' Rozes show precedes a month of entertainment at the Southfield Road venue on Thursday nights.
On March 4, there will be a rock night featuring Bazooka Joe, while the following week Prospect Avenue and the Fuzz play a fundraising show for Teesside Hospice.
On March 15, music will be supplied by New Age Jam, and Venus in Furs will be in action on March 29, supported by Juxtaposition.
