THE age old art of storytelling was brought to youngsters at Albert Hill Nursery School, in Darlington.
Pascale Konyn, a member of North-East group A Bit Crack, visited the nursery for the interactive session with the children, who did actions to go with her words.
Teacher Jackie Stone said: "It went very well indeed. The children were enthralled with the storyteller and they were interacting with the story with actions and singing."
The two stories told were Jack Turnip and Quilla Bung.
